Cost effectiveness, provision of nice rooms up front that we clean and safe for 81 year old like me to stay in, and rooms comfortable for my son to use WiFi services that are dependable for his computer connections to work. Near OK border and my home town. Also, has a few good eating places, a Walmart, Tractor Supply, Brookshires Grocery nearby.

It was an enjoyable experience and close to parts of the town that I was to visit. Room was clean. The heater worked very well along with all appliances. (TV, microwave, etc.).

Property has been renovated, doing an excellent job. Clean, staff was exceptional, refreshed the room daily. Definitely will stay again.
